CTW has also successfully represented an American transnational company Honeywell against a domestic company in Shenyang for trademark infringement and unfair competition. This case was recommended as the model case for Law School of Liaoning University by the Liaoning Intermediate People's Court. In this case, Honeywell has prevailed and its trademark in Chinese language was recognized as a well-known trademark.
