  • Representing clients for drafting plans for mergers and acquisitions, participating in contract negotiations, and drafting relevant legal documents;
  • Being entrusted to prepare MBO plans and provide legal advice;
  • Being entrusted to prepare Debt-to-equity plans and provide legal advice;
  • Being entrusted to prepare overall plans for overseas listing, provide legal advice and handle other relevant legal affairs;
  • Being entrusted to prepare overseas capital raising plans;
  • Being entrusted to prepare plans for capitalization of scientific  and technological  achievements and securitization of assets ;
