Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, majored in law from a law school; Overseas education or double degree in law and English is preferred;
2. Chinese bar admission/patent agent certificate is a plus;
3. Excellent Chinese and English language skills, working experience in leading law firms or foreign
investment organizations is preferred;
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, teamwork spirit and stress-tolerant;
5. More than 4 years working experience.
Paralegal
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above majored in law from a famous law school; overseas education or double degree in law and English is preferred;
2. Excellent Chinese and English language skills, CET-6 or above; second foreign language is a plus;
3. Chinese bar admission, or having passed National Judicial Exam; patent agent certificate is a plus;
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, teamwork spirit and stress-tolerant.
Patent Agent
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a famous university; master's degree or above majored
in mechanical engineering, electronics, chemistry, pharmaceuticals is preferred;
2. Patent agent certificate or Chinese bar admission is preferred;
3. Excellent Chinese and English language skills;
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, teamwork spirit and stress-tolerant;
5. Experience in foreign-related IP matters is preferred.
Administrative Secretary
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, Secretary, Chinese, English and other related majors
are preferred;
2. Excellent Chinese and English languages skills; experience in foreign companies is preferred;
3. Mastery of OFFICE software and office equipments, fast typing speed;
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, teamwork spirit, stress-tolerant and strong environment-adapting ability.
Interns
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, majored in law from a famous law school; having passed National Judicial Exam is preferred;
2. Proficient in English, including listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating; good skills in second foreign language is a plus;
3. Willing to accept task assignments, and more than 2 months full-time internship;
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, teamwork spirit, and stress-tolerant.
