CTW attorneys participated in training about customs protection on IPR

Entrusted by two of our clients, two attorneys from CTW participated in a training program about customs protection on IPR held by Qingdao Customs District (including Weihai Customs, Yantai Customs and Huangdao Customs) from June 10 to 12.

The training aims to add to the customs inspectors’ understanding and knowledge of the trademarks and patents owned by proprietors so that they can better function and safeguard the legitimate interests of IPR owners.  Thanks to this training, customs officials have learned more about the trademarks owned by our clients and improved their ability to detect infringing goods that offend the exclusive rights of our clients.
