Chang Tsi & Partners to be legal counsel of Beijing Peony Electronics Group Ltd.

Chang Tsi & Partners has agreed to act as the legal counsel of Beijing Peony Electronics Group Ltd (Peony Group).

Peony Group is a large-scale state-owned enterprise with over 30 years of history.  Its  Peony color TV was once a household brand name in China.   Over 3 decades, Peony Group has transformed from a TV manufacturer into a cross-sector group company that focuses on digital TV devices production and real estate development.  In recent years, it worked with the Administration Committee of Zhongguancun Science & Technology Park (commonly known as the “Silicon Valley” of China) and built a digital TV industry park, which has quickly grown into the showcase of IT-related hi-tech and creative industries of Beijing.
