Mr. Li is a partner of the firm. He graduated with an LLM from China University of Political Science and Law. Before practicing as a lawyer, he has held teaching position in a university. Mr. Li has extensive experience in enterprise management, constitution of public companies, real estate development, and business law. Mr. Li is a member of the Acquisition and Restructure Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association.
Mr. Chi-Yong Li mainly practices in investment banking, real estate, corporate law, as well as litigation and arbitration. He is also qualified to engage in securities and property right definition cases. .

In construction projects and real estate development, Mr. Chi-Yong Li directly headed or participated in the legal services for a dozen of real estate projects, including Beijing Fareast Continental Building (currently the office building of Beijing Administration of National Land and Resources), Huatang Golf Club (2nd phase), Beijing Zhuangwei Garden (700,000 square meters), and Zhongxing Garden developed by Chung Shing Investment Co., Ltd.
In litigation and arbitration area, Mr. Chi-Yong Li has acted on behalf of clients in more than one hundred litigation cases. He successfully represented Beijing Chaowei Group against a local company in contract dispute, First Construction Bureau Group of China State Construction Engineering Corporation in a complicated contract dispute against a real estate developer and won an award of RMB 320 million for the client. Mr. Li and his team was also actively engaged in the response and cooperation process of a domestic manufacturer of ductile iron pipe in an anti-dumping investigation initiated by India..
